Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
? Responsible for managing all aspects of quality assurance for their assigned NPD projects including both system integration project and component development projects.
? Based on the customer requirements and design concept, guide team to identify potential failure mode and define verification method.
? Ensuring the risk identification, assessment and mitigation plans are managed and updated.
? Supporting and coaching the team on methods and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, DOE, test and evaluation plan, Marciano, Risk Assessment) needed to reach robustness, customer satisfaction and quality targets.
? Optimize and enforces the product quality control process.
? Lead the problem solving on the top design quality issues.
? Follow up the status of field turn back to ensure customer satisfaction.
? Data statistic on the quality performance and define effective action to improve it.

Basic Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree on mechanical or electronical engineering, master is preferred.
? 5+ years related working experience in quality assurance, elevator related experience is preferred.
? Expertise on quality methodology, e.g., 6 Sigma, Functional Analysis, FMEA, 8D, DOE, test and evaluation plan, Marciano Chart, Risk Assessment.
? Be good at problem analyzing, problem solving and quality thinking.
? Good people skills with ability to develop and maintain professional relationships across a matrix, multi-cultural organization to collaborate for results.
? Good team player and must be able to build relationships with peer level & above level.
? Good command of written and spoken English.
