Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:
· System lead engineer for global platform development, provide technical solution and conduct technical materials to drive program to meet quality and schedule target.
· System requirements and configuration table management.
· Conducting system calculation and system configuration alternative for development programs or sustaining products.
· Conducting system performance test definition and validation.
· Comprehensive system level quality issue investigation and solution making.

Experience/Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree is preferred. 4 years or above experience within elevator industry, 4 years elevator system development or related area experience.
· Good know-how on system architecture, static and motion performance.
· Good knowledge of system calculation. Understanding system calculation scope and principle.
· Mindset about system performance testing.
· Familiar with product development process.
· Team working, analytical and conceptual thinking, self-confident, persistent, customer-oriented communication skills across cultures. Quality, safety and cost minded.
· Fluent spoken and written business English.
· Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
