负责与全球TOP级XR客户对接,对产品的热学性能进行评估、设计相关工作;
负责光学类产品的整机和模组的热学、热力学仿真分析,输出有限元分析结果和优化建议;
协助对失效产品进行溯源分析,并给出仿真结果和优化方案;
负责光-机-热耦合仿真分析,提出光机结构消热差优化建议;
对接国外客户进行实时技术交流,依照客户要求完善设计方案;
与xFN Team工程师和设计师合作,确保散热系统的性能达到预期目标;
根据项目要求,编写相关技术文档;
保持对前沿消费电子产品的新技术和发展的了解,具备汇总并整合前言消费电子产品的信息的能力。
职位要求:
本科及以上学历,机械/光学相关专业,3年以上热学、热力学仿真工作经验,具备结构模型简化能力;
岗位要求稳定,5年内少于3份工作经历,或者至少有一份工作经历大于3年;
美系消费电子工作经验优先,光学类产品经验优先;
熟练掌握6SigmaET/ANSYS/ABAQUS/Fluent等CAE软件中的一种或几种,6SigmaET使用经验者优先;
英语口语熟练,具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神,能够理解和遵循项目需求。
Job Description
Thermal Engineer
Responsible for interfacing with top global XR clients, evaluating and designing work related to the product's thermal performance.
Responsible for thermal and thermodynamic simulation analysis of optical products, delivering finite element analysis results and optimization recommendations.
Assist in root cause analysis of failed products and provide simulation results and optimization plans.
Responsible for opto-mechanical-thermal coupled simulation analysis, proposing optimization suggestions for thermal dissipation in opto-mechanical structures.
Engage in real-time technical communication with international clients and refine design solutions according to client
Requirements.
Collaborate with xFN Team engineers and designers to ensure the performance of the thermal management system meets spec.
Manage relevant technical documentation as required by the project.
Stay informed about new technologies and developments in cutting-edge consumer electronics products, with the ability to summarize and integrate information on advanced consumer electronics products.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical/optical-related fields, with more than 3 years of experience in thermal and thermodynamic simulation, and the ability to simplify structural models.
Stable job history with fewer than 3 job changes in 5 years, or at least one job tenure longer than 3 years.
Experience with American customer is preferred, as well as experience with optical products.
Proficient in one or several CAE software such as 6SigmaET/ANSYS/ABAQUS/Fluent, with preference given to those experienced in using 6SigmaET.
Fluent in spoken English(IELTS >6.5 preferred), with good communication skills and team spirit, able to understand and follow project requirements.
