1.对所负责的设备进行全面的管理,管理和控制备件库存,备件的申购
Equipment repairing &control spare parts usage & keep right inventroy level 2.根据设备的实际运行状况制定和调整设备维护内容和计划
To setup equipment Pre-maintenance plan for supporting production
3.对设备故障进行分析,找出根本原因,预防故障的再次发生
To track & follow equipment repair &maintenance record,and reducing maintenance unplanned downtime

岗位要求：

1.机械电子,电气等相关专业
Diploma or above,mechnical or electrical background preferred
2. 在PCB行业从事相关设备维修和管理工作5年以上
Over 5years flex equipment maintenance experience on PCB plant
3.很强的独自动手能力和组织领导能力
Strong skills on maintenance & mechnicals,and team building & leadship
4.对整个生产设备都比较熟悉,且对某类设备有深入的掌握
Be able to maintain all production equipments,and good at some types
5.能够熟练的阅读英文资料
Can read all engish operation & maintenance manual
6.具有员工技能矩阵图的基本技能
Have basic skills as employee Skill Matrix chart
