1 General Description

· Handles daily operation from order receiving, track & trace, till POD signed

2 Specific Accountabilities

. Coordination with Customer, Carrier, End Receiver and relevant internal colleagues

· Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting as required

· Billing and payment collection

· Trouble shooting and Emergency Response

· KPI Reporting and analysis

· Assists to Manage and develop carriers to ensure service and quality

· Attendance of review meeting with both customers and carriers

3 Skills Required

· Good MS office in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

· Good command of Chinese and English

· Team spirit, and good execution capability and negotiation skill

4 Experience and Qualifications

· At least 2 year hands on experience on transportation operation or related

· Fair understanding of laws and regulations, China transportation infrastructure and China transportation market

· A bachelor degree in logistics/SCM, operations management, engineering, business management or similar preferred
