工作时间:周一到周六 7:30-16:30
工作职责:
1. 负责仓库的日常出入库订单的沟通;
2. 审核及处理相关报关事宜;
3. 部门月度报表的整理和汇总
4. 部门仓储管理系统数据的日常维护与更新;
5. 现有客户的日常沟通与维护和新客户的开发;
6. 与各个部门或代理保持良好的合作关系,能够独立办理相关业务;
技能要求:
1. 大学专科及以上学历,物流相关专业优先
2. 一年以上工作经验,
3. 工作细致,责任感强;
4. 基本的英文写能力;
5. 有良好的沟通能力,和能够独立解决问题的能力;
6. 较强的分析、判断和执行能力;
7. 熟悉计算机操作,精通Microsoft Office Excel, Word etc.
Position: Warehouse Customer Service
Key responsibilities:
1. In charge of warehouse daily inbound & outbound shipment coordination;
2. Check and process documents application for related customs clearance issue;
3. Monthly data collection and reports maintains
4. Warehouse System data maintains ;
5. Existing customer service and new business inquiry;
6. Liaise and cooperate with different departments and vendors smoothly to make sure related tasks conducted independently;
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Colleague degree, major in logistics trade related preferable;
2. Over 1 year working experiences in related area;
3. Good quality and responsible;
4. Good English in both read and written;
5. Good communication skills, and independent problem-solving capability;
6. Good analytical skills and executive ability;
7. Computer literate and excellent in Microsoft office, include Excel, Word etc;
