o Responsibility for achieving Sales targets
o To work with East Branches to develop existing clients or potential clients on Land Transport business include: Domestic Road/ Asia Landbridge/ Eurasia Landbridge in generating and concluding transportation business opportunities
o Target contract/realized revenue fulfillment monthly or quarterly
o Sales call and customer visit daily or weekly
o Qualified RFQ or enquiry weekly and monthly
o Pipeline and sales cloud quality and maintenance
3 Specific Accountabilities
o Delivers co-ordination of end-to-end business development process:
o Customer interface with the aim to build good customer/corporate relationships
o Pricing / commercial analysis
o Proposal generation
o Close work with branch field sales to develop land opportunities for growth target
o Identification of potential customers and building relationships through proactive & reactive business proposals

5 Experience and Qualifications
o Passionate; Ambition; Target result driven; Under pressure
o Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in China logistics/transportation industry, Express/Linehaul/LTL/Trucking platform background is preferred
o Experience in 3PL Contract Management, transportation operation
o Familiar with local logistics market, competition, and customer/product category
o Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment
o Own sales distribution channels and customer resources would be an advantage
