1) Cooperate with CAT facilities, suppliers, and carriers to resolve operational issues.

做好与工厂、供应商、承运商等工作相关方对接，解决订单处理中遇到的问题.

2) Learn TM system, and ensure timely and accurate verification and arrangement of transport orders.

学习使用TM系统，确保每天的运输订单及时正确的完成.

3) Maintain issue log on supplier’s order submit performance and measure supplier’s performance, included order accuracy by shipper, number of missing, changed orders, errors in data etc.

记录供应商订单提交异常问题，包含订单提交及时性、准确性、改单率、系统上传率，考核供应商KPI达成率.

4) Honesty and integrity, ensure all the data is 100% true and effective that provide to customer. With confidential sense and ensure that customer information is not leaked, such as quotations and supplier information and carrier information, etc.

诚实正直，确保提供给客户信息100%真实有效；有保密意识，确保客户信息不外泄，如报价、供应商信息、承运商信息等。
