FORVIA“未来座舱”合资公司于2024年8月在芜湖正式成立。该合资业务旨在设计、开发、制造和供应全座舱范围相关的系统和模块，包括采用低二氧化碳排放材料和工艺的座椅、内饰和座舱电子。该合资公司业绩将并入FORVIA佛瑞亚，目标是到2029年实现10亿欧元销售额。该合资公司位于芜湖和青岛的两个生产基地已先期完成建设与投产。目前，合资公司正致力于打造总部与研发中心。其功能涵盖工业设计和座舱集成能力，助力FORVIA佛瑞亚提供具有开拓性、可持续和竞争力的消费者体验。

Job Description：

Represent customer requirements internally.

Define Division Quality objectives, and monitor progress.

Manage the Division Quality System in accordance with the Faurecia Excellence System.

Define, staff, and develop the Division Quality organization.

Ensure the Division's compliance with all safety/regulations requirements.

Collaborate with the Purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance.

Report Quality results to all relevant parties.

7 Interrupt the development, manufacturing or delivery of products when Quality is not assured.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Master's degree in Engineering.

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.

Ability to manage a complex network in a matrixed organization Manufacturing and Quality experience Automotive industry background.

Process orientation.

Multi-site management experience.

Customer Relationship experience.

Minimum bi-lingual (English required).
