Description:

The Development
Engineer is responsible for technical product definition and process
feasibility, in line with program planning, quality and costs targets. He/she
applies Group standards following the Faurecia Excellence System (FES) and uses Faurecia Program Management System (PMS) to guide the concept and design detail of a product, tool and/or equipment.

The main missions of the role are to:

▪Manage program product development team to achieve interior product development from program award until SOP.

▪ Be the key customer interface for OEM to do the product development, customer intimacy and innovation promotion.

▪ In charge of product design, process design, product process validation achievement in program. Manage the R&D function team including development engineer, T&E engineer, product line engineering to meet program milestone.

▪ Manage the development and validation cost to achieve program finance targets.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have/be:

▪ Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

▪ Experience in Design & Development within an industrial environment, ideally in the automotive industry.

▪ Knowledge and experience in Project Management process.

▪ Team player with strong communication skills.

▪ International mind set Minimum bi-lingual (English required).
