Job Description:
1.Lead NPD project w/ local capability to fulfill market needs, include China and coordinate for Korea, EMEA & US projects; communicate and consolidate product needs to make efficient NPD project definition and planning.
2.Working with multiple local & global functions to drive project success, such like PMs, Engineer, Designer, Sourcing, Quality and Supply Chain.
3.Realize project key deliverables according to project scope definition, such as project timing, spending, resources, quality, communication, risks and so on.
4.In charge of regular project communication forum w/ key stakeholders, include project overview, status update, decision taken, support needed and follow-up activities.
5.Own NPD process with solid implementation and continuously optimization.
6.Create and maintain project overview clarity in sharepoint/ASANA tools.
7.Relevant Category: cookware (wok/pot/pan/etc), SDA(rice cooker/electrical pressure cooker/etc), & adjacencies;
Qualification
1.Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, material & processing or related field.
2.Fluent in spoken and written English as working language. Solid working experience with Global team.
3.6 year+ Project or Program Management experience including project scope, time, budget, quality, resource, communication, risk, sourcing, and stakeholder management as an integral program/project.
4.Experienced project management knowledge and problem solving skills, PMP is preferred.
5.Cookware industry insight or material/manufacturing process/regulation experience are preferred.
