-Ensure proper operation of all lines, a systematic improvement action plan and mindset to reach the objectives of productivity, equipment utilization, quality, safety, cost and lead-time reduction
-Work as team but also as a customer or supplier to the other departments and support functions in order to achieve results, warranty the right execution (quality) and project delivery (follow-up sade, ortems, quality)
-Enforce rules relative to safety, environment, hygiene and working procedures (Legal, Sade for recording time, inspection, maintenance)
-Communicate with the team, raise awareness of and explain all
company and department objectives
-Set-up daily, weekly and monthly operational meetings to ensure communication to and involvement of the team
-To manage, coach and develop the team (APA, training plan, employee feedback)
-Develop the flexibility, polyvalence inside his team
-Develop and implement production and productivity improvement plan
-Foster the culture of Lean improvement in the team (Safety observation, OEE, 5S, TPM, Hour management, SMED, VSM)
-Ensure reporting and regular KPI updates to measure improvement
