-Make Production plan
-Update production plan based on project plan and material status.
-Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
-Ensure weekly/daily scheduling vs production capacity to achieve Customer requirements.
-Follow up planning process in SAP
-Follow up missing parts to ensure production going smoothly.
-Organize production spaces accordingly to capacities vs Customer Delivery date.
-Create production orders, release OD, close production order on time.
-Coordinate different functions related production such as IE,PMS, procurement, warehouse and Quality, to ensure production going on smoothly.
-Coordinate all parties involved in order fulfillment process aimed to achieve quality and OTIF deliveryECO process follow up
-Analyze and solve the problems related to the SAP system, like BOM, routing, work center…
-Continue improvement and identifies difficulties and solutions with/for the system
