Responsibilities:
Proficient in the application of Siemens PLCs, including S7-300, S7-400, and S7-1500, with experience in PLC program design and project testing. Skilled in B&R PLC applications, proficient in using high-level languages for PLC programming, familiar with B&R PLC hardware systems, and B&R safety PLC systems. Expert in Step7 software.Proficient in the application of Siemens Profibus-DP and Profinet networks, with field debugging experience in Profibus-DP and Profinet networks. Skilled in TCP/IP communication between PLCs and familiar with various communication methods with other control systems. Proficient in the application of Powerlink networks, with experience in debugging Powerlink networks. Knowledgeable in 232/485 serial communication.Proficient in the application of Danfoss or Siemens frequency converters, familiar with setting frequency converter parameters and controlling frequency converters via PLCs. Expert in the application of B&R motion control systems is a plus.Familiar with the application of various sensors, including temperature, pressure, flow, level, position, proximity switches, limit switches, and encoders. Familiar with the control of various AC motors, pneumatic valves, and control valves, with field experience in debugging intelligent instruments.Able to read e-plan electrical diagrams, PI diagrams, and pneumatic circuit diagrams.Experienced in debugging large projects, with at least 200 I/O points involved in the project. Candidates with experience in design institutes or foreign enterprises are preferred.Good English skills, able to understand English materials and communicate technical issues via email (English read & write ability). Capable of discussing technical issues face-to-face with foreign engineers in English.
