1.负责机器人研发阶段的样机测试验证工作，包括但不限于机械测试、系统集成测试。
2.负责机械部件的寿命验证，分析机器人的可靠性，重点关注电机、齿轮、轴承、密封件、线缆等关键零部件；对比分析其使用寿命、失效模式等相关性能指标。
3.遵循标准测试流程，开展变频器及软启动器产品的硬件测试验证，涵盖机械测试、安规测试、环境测试、电磁兼容测试及可靠性测试等项目。
4.配合完成实验室日常运维工作。
5.根据需求开发测试工装。（加分项）。
任职要求
1.机械工程、机电一体化或相关专业本科学历。
2.具备 1 年及以上测试领域工作经验。
3.熟练使用 SolidWorks 等三维绘图软件。
4.有机器人相关工作经验者优先。
5.具备结构化思维能力和较强的问题解决能力。
6.拥有团队合作精神，能与团队高效协作。
7.具备良好的英语读写沟通能力。
8.工作积极主动，能够融入项目团队开展工作。
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for robot prototype verification and validation during robot development phase, including but not limited to mechanical test, system integration test.
Responsible for the validation of the lifetime of the mechanical parts, analyze reliability of the robot, especially the key components including motor, gear, bearing, sealing, cablings etc. Analyze their performance comparing the lifetime, failure mode, etc.
Follow standard test procedures to perform drive and soft starter product HW V&V test, including Mechanical test, Safety tests, Climatic tests, EMC tests, and reliability test….
Support lab daily work
Develop test tooling depending on the requirements. (nice to have)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanical or related field
1+ Year experience in test domain.
Familiar with 3D drawing tool like SolidWorks or similarly tools.
Experience in robot is a plus.
Structured thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
Teamwork spirit, collaboration with team.
Good read and written English communication skill.
Self-motivated and able to work in a project team.
