岗位要求：

· 5+ years mechanical design experience /5年以上机械设计领域深耕经验（优秀候选人可放宽至3年），具备完整项目从0到1落地实践.

· Good knowledge and experience at metal sheet part & plastic part design/良好的钣金和注塑件相关知识及经验

· Familiar with new product development process／熟悉新产品开发全流程

· Familiar with the quality and environment requirements for the new product development, e.g. ROHS, WEEE, ISO9000,ISO14000 /熟悉新产品开发关于质量和环境的要求，如ROHS，WEEE，ISO9000，ISO14000等等

· Good Command of English ／良好的英文沟通能力,具备技术文档英文撰写能力.

· Good at mechanical 3D design tool, e.g. NX ，ProE .../ 熟练操作如 NX， Creo，PROE等三维结构设计软件

· Understand R&D aglie development/熟悉研发敏捷开发模式

· Digitalization Design knowledge engagement/有数字化设计相关知识基础

· Fire Safety related product design experience is a Plus/有消防产品开发经验者优先

· PMP/Prince2 Certificate is a Plus / 具有PMP 证书或者Prince2 证书优先
