Typical Accountabilities

1.Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for in-store digital solutions, aligning with the organization's strategic objectives and ensuring the effective integration of digital technology into all aspects of business operations.

2.Oversee the planning, acquisition, implementation, and maintenance of digital systems to ensure they meet the organization's and customers' needs. This includes ensuring the currency and security of all hardware, software, and data.

3.Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of all information systems. Monitor and analyze these metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

4.Collaborate with multiple global departments, including IT enterprise, data science, development operations, cybersecurity, and user support services.

5.Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors for the procurement of hardware, software, and services. Monitor vendor performance to ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed terms and conditions.

6.nsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations,and industry standards related to information systems and data privacy.

7.Maintain open lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they are kept informed of system changes,
potential risks, and performance metrics. Build strong relationships with Engineering.

8.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential benefits and feasibility for the organization.

9.Develop and implement strategies for business continuity and disaster recovery to ensure the organization can continue to operate effectively under adverse conditions.


Education, Qualifications, and Experience

1.Technical or Business Degree or relevant proven experience

2.A minimum of 5 years of project or product experience in the retail or QSR industry.

3.In-depth knowledge of in store digital solutions (e.g.,POS, BOH, self-ordering kiosks, and digital menu board)

4.Strong experience in cloud-based environments,performance assessment, IT information security, and associated tooling

5.Proven leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse international teams.

2. 统筹数字系统的规划、采购、实施与维护,确保系统满足组织及客户需求;同时保障所有硬件、软件及数据的实时更新与安全性。
3. 制定并维护关键绩效指标(KPI),用以衡量各信息系统的有效性与效率;持续监测并分析这些指标,发现改进机会,做出数据驱动的决策。
4. 与全球多个部门紧密协作,包括企业 IT、数据科学、开发运维、网络安全及用户支持服务团队。
5. 负责与供应商就硬件、软件和服务的采购进行合同谈判与日常管理;监控供应商绩效,确保其按约定条款交付服务。
6. 确保信息系统及数据隐私方面符合所有适用的法律法规及行业标准。
7. 与内外部利益相关方保持顺畅沟通,及时告知系统变更、潜在风险及绩效指标;与工程团队建立并维护牢固的合作关系。
8. 持续关注新兴技术和行业趋势,评估其对组织的潜在价值与可行性。
9. 制定并执行业务连续性与灾难恢复策略,确保组织在极端情况下仍能持续高效运营。

岗位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,或具备同等且可验证的实践经验。
2. 至少 5 年零售或快餐(QSR)行业的项目或产品经验。
3. 对门店数字化解决方案(如 POS、后台系统 BOH、自助点餐机、数字菜单板等)有深入了解。
4. 具备丰富的云端环境、性能评估、IT 信息安全及相关工具使用经验。
5. 具备出色的领导力与协作能力,能与多元化的国际团队高效合作。
