Job Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Daily Support
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the IT General Manager, including meeting scheduling, calendar coordination, and document organization
• Handle expense reimbursements, office supply requests, vendor coordination, and other departmental administrative tasks
• Assist in organizing department meetings, taking minutes, and tracking action items
2. Data Entry & Documentation Management
• Perform accurate data entry, updates, and verification in internal systems (e.g., ERP master data, user access records, project tracking tables)
• Maintain department documents such as IT asset inventories, SOPs, and project logs
3. Communication & Project Coordination
• Facilitate communication across departments and regions to support IT project execution
• Support the organization of executive-level events, activities, and official visits.
• Coordinate with HQ and regional IT teams on information requests and status updates
4. Additional Support
• Participate in basic IT testing, feedback collection, and survey data organization
• Support interdepartmental coordination and special projects as assigned by senior management
• Provide administrative assistance for company-level programs and initiatives
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different business units
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred
• Fluent in both oral & Written English, Chinese
• Proficiency in Office365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and familiarity with conference meeting tools (Zoom, Teams)
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership
