Key Responsibilities: 
岗位职责:
1.Under the leadership of the team supervisor, implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive the performance growth of TOEFL Young Students Series (YSS) business in South China.
在团队主管的领导下,执行全面的销售策略,推动华南地区托福青少年考试(YSS)业务的业绩增长。

2.Identify new YSS-related business opportunities through market research, focus on the dynamics of the youth education sector, and continuously keep pace with the industry development trends in the youth English assessment and international education tracks.
通过市场调研挖掘新的青少年考试相关业务机会,关注青少年教育领域动向,持续跟进青少年英语测评及国际教育赛道行业发展趋势。

3.Expand regional strategic partner networks. Develop differentiated plans for full business coverage; maintain existing partners to boost cooperation stickiness, scale, and benefits.
负责拓宽区域内战略合作伙伴网络,重点挖掘合作资源,制定差异化合作方案,实现托福青少业务在目标地区的全面覆盖;同时深度维护原有合作机构,提升合作粘性与合作价值,推动合作规模与收益双向增长。

4.Research core needs/pain points of Chinese teens and parents. Provide sales-side suggestions to enhance product competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
深入调研中国青少年及家长群体的核心需求,梳理客户痛点与潜在需求;输出销售端建议助力提升产品市场竞争力与客户满意度。

5.Timely report on the sales performance of YSS products in accordance with the sales plan, and continuously improving work based on performance results, feedback from the youth education market, as well as insights and suggestions from the management.
依据销售计划及时汇报青少年考试产品的销售业绩,并根据绩效结果、青少年教育市场反馈以及管理层的洞察与建议持续改进工作。

Qualifications & Requirements:
任职要求:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
拥有商业、市场营销或相关领域的学士及以上学位。

2.At least 5 years of sales experience plus preferred experience in team management and the education industry.
具备至少5年销售经验,拥有团队管理和教育行业经验者优先。

3.Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in education markets, especially youth English education. Relevant cooperative resources preferred.
出色的沟通与谈判技巧;熟悉教育市场,尤其是青少年英语教育领域。具备相关合作资源者优先。

4.Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
能流利使用英语和普通话。
