【PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作职责】
1.Under the leadership of the Sales Director, implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies to drive performance growth of TOEFL tests and other ETS products in south China.
在销售总监的领导下,执行全面的 B2B 销售战略,推动托福考试及其他ETS产品在华南地区的业绩增长。
2.Identify new business opportunities through market research and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
通过市场调研发掘新的商业机会,持续紧跟行业发展趋势。
3.Establish and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, including study-abroad agencies, educational institutions and corporate clients.
与留学机构、教育院校及企业客户等关键利益相关方建立并维护稳固的合作关系。
4.Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand the influence and coverage of TOEFL in China.
发掘并构建战略合作伙伴关系,扩大托福考试在中国的影响力与覆盖范围。
5.Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance teams to develop and manage B2B channels, to improve distribution and sales efficiency.
与市场、运营及财务团队协作,开发并管理 B2B 渠道,提升渠道分销效率与销售业绩。
6.Report sales performance in a timely manner in accordance with the sales plan, and continuously make improvements based on performance, as well as insights and suggestions from the management.
按照销售计划及时汇报销售业绩,并基于业绩表现及管理层的见解建议持续改进工作。
【Skills & Competencies 技能与能力要求】
1.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning, the ability to propose and promote market-facing new ideas to drive business progress and create organizational value.
具备出色的沟通与谈判能力,精通市场分析及战略规划,能够提出并推动面向市场的创新理念,以助力业务发展并为组织创造价值。
2.Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
英语与普通话流利。
3.At least 5 years of B2B channel sales experience (with B2B channel development experience as a mandatory requirement) plus preferred experience in team management and the education industry.
至少 5 年 B2B 渠道销售经验(B2B 渠道开发经验为必备条件),拥有团队管理经验及教育行业经验者优先考虑。
4.Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Candidates with an MBA degree will be preferred.
本科及以上学历,商科、市场营销或相关专业。持有工商管理硕士(MBA)学位者优先考虑。
