Responsibilities
• Help with paperwork, statistics collection and data analysis
• Prepare shortlist of suitable properties for clients to review in accordance with the requirements
• Confirm availability and suitability with landlords
• Arrange and conduct property inspections with clients
• Other duties assigned
Person Specification
• Bachelor’s degree or above in real estate, marketing or a related discipline
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, confident and aggressive
• Able to perform under pressure and multi-task
• Excellent in Word, Excel and PPT
