职责 Responsibility：
• 负责管理公司整体会计核算工作，会计账务、成本计算及凭证的审核。
• 负责编制内部财务报表，财务分析并报送总部，为相关部门提供财务数据分析。
• 负责向德国相关部门报送内部报表资料并协助完成总部财务报告。
• 负责管理公司日常资金，核查资金日报表，处理网上银行汇款业务。
• 负责公司用款申请的归集、审核并提交领导审批。
• 负责公司内部及外部审计工作。
• 费用审批及发送付款周报。
• 资金预测、计划及报告。
• 月结后完成每月KTK 概况报告并发送给总部。
• 协助国外报表的结账工作。准备HB2 调整，IFRS 16 租金调整等。
• 从财务角度提供领导财务分析和决策。
• 处理其他领导安排的工作。
• Be responsible for managing the overall accounting work of the company, including the review of accounting books, cost calculations and accounting vouchers.
• Be responsible for preparing internal financial statements, conducting financial analysis and submitting them to the headquarters, and providing financial data analysis for relevant departments.
• Be responsible for submitting internal statement materials to relevant German departments and assisting in the completion of the headquarters' financial reports.
• Be responsible for managing the company's daily funds, checking the daily fund reports, and handling online banking remittance business.
• Be responsible for collecting, reviewing the company's fund application requests and submitting them to the leaders for approval.
• Be responsible for the company's internal and external audit work.
• Examine and approve expenses and send out the weekly payment report.
• Forecast, plan and report on funds.
• After the monthly closing, complete the monthly KTK overview report and send it to HQ.
• Assist in the closing work of foreign statements. Prepare adjustments such as HB2 adjustments and IFRS 16 lease adjustments.
• Provide leaders with financial analysis and decision-making support from a financial perspective.
• Handle other tasks assigned by the leaders.
任职要求 Requirement：
• 财务或相关专业本科学历
• 英语听说读写熟练（CET-6）
• 3年以上财务工作经验
• 3年以上外资制造业工作经验
• 熟练使用SAP财务模块，有2年以上ERP系统财务模块使用经验
• 具备良好的成本核算能力
• 具备良好的数据分析能力，工作细致准确
• 具备良好的沟通和协调能力
• 熟练使用计算机，数据解读能力强
• 熟悉国际财务报告准则（IFRS）者优先
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant major
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English (CET-6)
• 3+ years’ working experience in finance
• 3+ years’ working experience in foreign manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in SAP Fin function usage, 2 years+ ERP Fin function usage experience
• Highly skilled in Cost calculation
• Good data analyzing skills, accurate
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good computer literacy and strong ability to interpret data.
• Preferably with knowledge in IFRS
