JOB DESCRIPTION 职位描述

1. Ensure to comply with AP and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, BSP (APT, JSA etc) and all other requirements by AP EH&S and local regulation.
确保执行空气化工产品公司和当地政府的安全/健康/环境标准,履行法定安全规定及行为:安全培训,安全会议,所有其它AP EH&S和当地政府的要求.
2. Monitor plant analyzer status to ensure that they meet the requirement of safety, environmental and daily management issues.
监控工厂分析仪工作状态,确保它们符合安全,环境和日常管理的要求。
3. Analyzer daily inspection, routine check and calibration.
完成分析仪日常巡检、维护检查及校验工作。
4. Quickly response for all analyzer problems from plant operation and process.
及时响应解决工厂运行和工艺过程中的分析仪问题。
5. Perform analyzers preventive maintenance work and plant periodic works on time.
准时执行分析仪预防性维护工作以及工厂周期性工作。
6. Record analyzers maintenance work and archive it according to AP documents standard.
作好分析仪维修记录并按标准文档存档。
7. Troubleshooting and execute root cause analysis when analyzer faults and taking preventive recurrence actions to improve analyzers reliability.
分析仪故障时进行诊断和根本原因分析，并实施再发生预防措施提高分析仪可靠性
8. Develop analyzer job-pack and work SWIM.
开发分析仪工作包及SWIM。
9. Participate in site safety management, implement EH&S safety programs, obtain SWP。
参与现场安全管理，执行公司EH&S安全程序，按照SWP工作
10. Cooperate with OTS analytical team: Work closely & maintain good working relationships with China OTS Analytical Technology team to stay current on technology, participate in Best Practice development and sharing, and align work processes, technology and reporting.
11. 协助OTS分析团队：与OTS分析团队保持良好的沟通&合作，并积极参与现有技术的改进&分享，保持工作进度、技术和报告的一致性。
