RD PM is responsible for RD team’s internal manpower resource planning among different projects, internal meeting and external meeting host, labs equipment management, etc.We are the primary interface between RD,Engineering,Operations, and Supplier /Manufacturing Partner(s)
Job Requirements:
1. Evaluate manpower resources at the very beginning of projects, especially during RFI/RFQ period· Lead the evaluation of lab equipment, and lab readiness.
2.Lead the external meetings across multiple functional teams like PD, EE. Acoustic, RF and Package teams.· Attend daily sync-up/wrap-up meetings with clients.
3.Daily update MIL(Major issues list) to clients in NPI period.· Drive closure of any issue related to PD/EE/Acoustic/RF, coordinate with DOEs conduction.
4.As RD contact window to work with cross-functional teams among EPM, TPM, AME and operations.
Key Qualifications:
1.Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment;
2.Project/Program management skills such as strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, proficiency in report presentation,knowledge in Numbers, Keynote, and Pages;
3.Technical, prior OEM/ODM management experience and the PMP certificate play are preferred;
Education & Experience:
1. Candidates must have a BS degree in Engineering or Science
2. a minimum of 3 years of working experience in manufacturing(Overseas education background is a plus)
