Responsibilities:
Quick estimation for budgetary proposal and cost comparison for optimized solution;
Work out the detailed cost sheet based on the optimized solution;
Review cost estimation from MF Department;
Benchmark the bidding price with the market price;
Attend the bid review meeting;
Analyze the open bidding result if necessary;
Develop and update the estimation tools;
Assist to complete the database, including PARAL database and benchmark database;
Help other departments in estimation mission if necessary;
Complete cost capitalization of executed projects.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above of engineering;
Above 3 years’ experience of engineering, especially in process design and commissioning;
Familiar with the process and equipment of petroleum, gas and chemical engineering settings;
Good English and computer skills,especially excel
Good analysis ability and communication skill
