Prepare technical proposals; coordinate the preparation work and bidding.

Job Description

• Upon the request of job task sheet of SL and the customer’s ITB, prepare the summary of ITB;

• Prepare and complete the technical proposal;

• Prepare the summary of the technical proposal;

• Coordinate proposal execution within the group and among other departments so as to achieve more efficiency and better use of resources ;

• Establish technical proposal modules and develop/optimize the technical proposals;

• Make technical communication and clarification with customers together with SL;

• Capitalize completed proposals;

• File the completed proposals into the Product Catalog.

Required Qualifications And Competencies

• Bachelor degree or above of engineering;

• Above 3 years’ experience of engineering, especially in process design and commissioning; (for Senior proposal engineer, 6 years experience)

• Familiar with the process and equipment of ASU, petroleum, gases and chemical engineering;

• Good cooperation, organization and communication skills;

• Good English and computer skills.
