Air Liquide group is the worldwide leader of gas, technologies and services for industry and health. As one global Innovation Campus of AL, Innovation Campus Shanghai (ICS) is looking for a high potential candidate to work with us. The candidate will work with our global project team to deliver cutting edge ALD/CVD solutions for China customers including semiconductor, battery, optics etc. We expect that the candidate should meet the following requirements.

• Execute R&D projects efficiently.

• Operate in-house ALD/CVD tools to develop and optimize processes for different applications including semi, battery and optical using AL advanced materials.

• Execute and analyze electrochemical measurements for batteries.

• Comply with AL safety processes during daily work.

• Maintain the labs safely following 5S.

• Represent AL to drive collaborations with external partners including universities, customers, tool suppliers etc.

• Communicate with the global R&D team in the execution of R&D projects.

• Master/PhD in Chemistry, Materials or related majors.

• Familiar with ALD or CVD processes with a few years of hands-on experience.

• Good communication in English and writing technical reports in English.

• Self-motivated, and passionate to be a technical expert.

• Can work with a global team including business and within R&D.

• Can expand the network outside of AL and build the connection with industry/academics.
