Mission Statement
To drive operational excellence and innovation by delivering precise process calculations and comprehensive documentation for proposals and projects, ensuring optimal plant performance and exceeding contractual expectations.
Responsibilities
Conduct and optimize process simulations and calculations to ensure contractual commitments are met.
Determine equipment sizing (cryogenic columns, purification units, towers, etc.) and main piping, including lines, valves, relief valves, and flow meters.
Develop and issue Process Datasheets for all equipment and instruments within the process scope.
Create Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Material/Heat Balances.
Review, validate, and provide process-related feedback on engineering drawings and supplier equipment feedback.
Offer process support to the Service Group/Standard Product Department and participate in plant commissioning as needed.

选择公司设计的设备的具体尺寸（如低温塔，热端纯化器，空水塔和氮水塔），确定主要管道、阀门、安全阀、泄放阀、流量计的大小；
为流程范围内的设备和仪表制作流程数据表；
建立PFD和材料/热平衡；
从流程角度，检查，审核并批注液空杭州设计图和供应商对设备的反馈；
参加审查会议，例如PFD， PID或流程审查；
协助服务组和标准产品部；
必要时参加或协助设备调试；
优化设备性能；
为流程议题准备并进行技术介绍。
Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or Cryogenic Engineering.
Strong understanding of Air Separation Unit (ASU) processes and Thermodynamics.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Good command of the English language.
化工或低温专业研究生以上学历；
熟悉空分行业流程知识，熟练掌握热力学知识；
良好的沟通能力，团队合作精神，工作严谨，有责任心，自制力；
掌握基本的MS Office操作；
良好的英语水平。
