岗位职责：
1. Execute plant management system, give problems of feedback during process of execuation. Provide and implement proposals to improve, which are compliance with requirements of IMS, laws and regulations.
执行工厂管理体系，反馈执行过程中的问题，提出并实施改善措施，以符合工业管理体系和法律法规要求。
2. Execute plant SAP, give problems of feedback during process of execuation.
Provide and implement proposals to achieve safety target of company.
执行工厂的SAP，反馈执行过程中的问题，提出并实施改善措施，以达成公司的安全目标。
3.Assure maintenance quality. Write maintenance summary regularly.
Share maintenance experience and lesson learns to improve maintenance quality.
确保维修质量，定期进行维修总结、分享维修经验和教训，来改善维修的质量。
4.Compile SOP and PPM. Organize, execute, check and make maintenance works perfect to achieve plant target of stable operation.
制定SOP和PPM，组织、实施、检查并完善维修工作，达成工厂稳定运行的目标。
5. Do troubleshooting in time, and analyze them.
Provide improving proposals to achieve plant target of stable operation.
及时排除设备异常，并分析，提出改善措施，达成工厂稳定运行的目标。
6.Control reasonable stock of spare part, and ensure spare part integrity.
And reduce occupied assets and consumption of spare part.
控制备品备件的合理库存，确保备件的完整性，并减少备品备件占有资金和消耗。
7. Collect and analyze running parameter of equipment regularly, in order to optimize equipment operation.
定期收集、分析设备的运行数据，来优化设备的运行。
8.Execute efficient projects, and achieve efficient target.
实施效率项目，完成效率目标。
9. Arrange and mornitor routine works of contractor as a whole.
And complete on-site action plan efficiently.
统筹安排、监督下包商的日常工作，高效完成现场的整改行动计划。
10.Indentify gaps with management and TCL career, concentrate on what actions to improve abilities. And promote communication impact.
辨识在管理和TCL领域的差距， 着重关注提高能力的行动措施，并提升沟通影响力。
任职要求：
– 本科及以上学历，化工、机械等工科相关专业
– 有至少3年以上的化工厂机械、动设备维修管理经验
