岗位职责：

1.QM component projects and release for scope of assigned ESN / Part Groups and tasks (e.g. RFQ, CQP, PDP, RP, SIR, Process Release, MSA, MCA, PCA, FMEA, …)针对指定的工程序列号（ESN）/零件组及任务范围，开展质量管理组件项目并进行放行工作（例如：报价请求（RFQ）、生产件批准流程（CQP）、产品开发计划（PDP）、投产准备（RP）、供应商问题报告（SIR）、工艺放行、测量系统分析（MSA）、制造能力分析（MCA）、过程能力分析（PCA）、失效模式与效应分析（FMEA）等）。

2.Monitoring of supplier performance. Supplier parts quality improvement and supplier development (systematic problem solving and active development of suppliers, e.g. MRC at supplier and lessons learned)监控供应商绩效。推进供应商零部件质量提升及供应商发展（系统地解决问题并积极推动供应商发展，例如在供应商处开展物料评审委员会（MRC）工作并总结经验教训）。

3.Supplier Release, Audit and visit (Process release audit in context to part approval, observation audit, combined system & process audit for defined ESN cluster, supplier visit in context of quality discussions, projects or supplier screening incl. documentation)供应商放行、审核与走访（与零件批准相关的工艺放行审核、观察审核、针对特定ESN集群的系统与工艺联合审核、围绕质量讨论、项目或供应商筛选进行的供应商走访，包括相关文件记录工作）。

4.Support of value stream by defining minimum requirements. Handover process to factory and monitoring the SOP.通过设定最低要求来支持价值流。向工厂进行移交流程，并对标准作业程序（SOP）进行监控。

5.Quality reporting (e.g. 8D) and regular exchange within QM network 进行质量报告（如8D报告），并在质量管理网络内定期进行交流

6.Others assigned by management完成管理层安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1.Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering or materials major

机械工程/材料专业，本科及以上学历

2.Preference will be given to those with experience in the household appliances or automotive industry.

家用电器、汽车行业优先

3.Project Experience 2 years，SQE Experience above 5 years

项目经验2年，SQE经验5年以上

4.fluent in English.

英语流利。
