1. 确保各工厂生产的物流供应顺畅，保障交付时效与稳定性。

Ensure smooth material supply for production of each factory, guaranteeing delivery timeliness and stability.

2. 领导物流运营部门达成关键绩效指标（KPI），如成本控制、效率提升等。

Lead & organize the SC operation department to fulfill key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost control and efficiency improvement.

3. 持续优化物流流程，推动精益物流体系建设，降低运营浪费。

Continuously improve logistics processes to build a lean logistics system and reduce operational waste.

4. 营造健康高效的团队氛围，激励成员提升专业能力与业绩水平。

Build a healthy and high-performance team environment to motivate members to improve professional capabilities and performance.

5. 确保内部物流流程及负责区域符合环境、健康与安全（EHS）法规要求。

Ensure internal logistic processes and responsible areas comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.

职位要求 Job Profile：

１. 本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、工业工程等相关专业优先。

Bachelor or above, major in logistics management, supply chain management, industrial engineering or related fields is preferred.

２. 5 年以上物流或供应链管理经验，3 年以上制造业领域工作经历优先。

Professional experience: 5+ years of logistics or supply chain management experience, with 3+ years in manufacturing preferred.

３. 主导过至少 2 个物流流程优化项目（如仓储升级、运输网络规划）。

Project experience: Led at least 2 logistics process optimization projects (e.g., warehouse upgrading, transportation network planning).

４. 5 年以上团队管理经验，具备带领超 50 人团队的经验者优先。

Leadership experience: 5+ years of team management experience, with experience in leading teams of over 50 people preferred.

５. 跨国企业或跨文化团队协作经验者优先。

Multi-culture experience: Experience in multinational corporations or cross-cultural team collaboration is a plus.

６. 熟悉 SAP、WMS（仓储管理系统）等供应链管理工具者优先

Familiarity with supply chain management tools such as SAP and WMS is preferred.

７. 英语：流利的听说读写能力（可作为工作语言）

English: Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (working language);

８. 精通物流规划、库存管理、运输调度等核心流程，熟悉 EHS 法规及精益生产（Lean Production）理念

Proficiency in core processes such as logistics planning, inventory management, and transportation scheduling, Familiarity with EHS regulations and Lean Production concepts.
