Job Description ：

​职位描述：

1. Coordinate with BU and define product portfolio by channel adapted to cluster

2. Deliver product superiority to Cluster based on product positioning in Cluster specific market

3. Break down HQ product launch plan into cluster product promotion calendar, coordinate implementation and track feedback

4. Manage phase-in & phase-out products, sampling display and sample appliances

5. Track product marketing performance and propose reasonable suggestions

1. 与总部 BU 沟通，规划适合大区的渠道产品组合

2. 结合产品的市场定位，向大区团队传达产品优越性

3. 根据总部产品上市计划，制定大区产品推广节奏，协调大区各职能部门落地执行并跟踪反馈

4. 管理大区产品上退市，终端出样，并进行样机管理

5. 追踪产品市场表现，并提出合理的建议

Job Profile：

职位要求：

1、统招本科及以上学历，有家电行业相关工作经验优先；

Bachelor's degree or above, relevant working experiences in home appliance industry is preferred;

2、具备营销思维，良好的营销推广及品牌体验活动组织能力；

Good command of marketing ideas, able to organize marketing promotion and brand experience activities;

3、具有较强的自我管理能力，及逻辑判断能力;

Have strong self-management ability and logical thinking ability;

4、良好的沟通能力，较强的理解能力；

Good communication and good comprehension ability

5、意在家电领域不断发展，创新；

Aiming for continuous development and innovation in home appliance field;

6、可以接受高频次的出差。

Acceptable for high frequent business trips.
