工作内容：
1、全面负责管理开发过程中产品的履历跟踪，保证首件（自产件）满足客户要求
Responsible for managing the product record track on the development progress, ensuring first sample (self - produced product) to meet customer's requirements
2、支持产品开发中涉及相关模具、工装设备、检具等的开发工作；参加设计方案评审（包括：产品、模具、检具、工装设备等）；试模跟踪，产品问题清单的输出和跟踪
Support development job related to toolings, equipments and gauges；Participate in design scheme review (including: products, molds, fixtures, tooling equipment, etc.); Sample tracking, product problem list output and tracking
3、客户要求及标准的识别、理解和转化（产品要求，技术标准等），完成各阶段技术文件输出及更新
Understand and transfer customers’ requirements and standards，Output and update technical documents in every phas
4、完成产品匹配和优化，产品结构优化方案的输出；各阶段产品状态（零件结构、产品尺寸）确认（包括工程更改后零件的验证）；匹配报告、产品阶段报告的输出
Complete product matching and optimization, product structure optimization program output; Confirmation of product status (part structure, product size) at each stage (including verification of parts after engineering changes); Match the output of reports and product phase reports
5、在送样计划要求点进行PZS前各阶段样件的准备（主要是零件装配、配合测量等工作），参与PZS后SOP前各阶段交样件的准备工作（技术支持和培训）
Prepare samples before PZS in every planning sample delivery point( mainly part assembly and detection, etc), paticipate in preparing sample delivery between PZS and SOP
6、各阶段Cubing零件的准备，文件搜集和准备，参加整个匹配过程
Prepare Cubing parts in every phase, collect and prepare documents, paticipate in the whole match progress
7、按时参加项目会议
Participate in project meeting on time
8、SOP后3至6个月持续技术支持
Continuous technical support 3 to 6 months after SOP
9、客户端现场装配跟踪，PQM点的改进及关闭，与客户保持良好沟通
Track client site assembly, improve and close PQM points, keep good communication with customer
10、项目各阶段交样Building lists输出（PZS前）
Sample Building list output at each stage of the project(before PZS)
任职资格：
1、大学本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业
Bachelor degree or above, Science and engineering related professional
2、3年以上汽车行业工作经验
With 3 years and above work experience in the automotive industry
3、掌握OEM项目开发流程，熟悉汽车饰件产品结构知识，熟悉模具、检具、设备相关知识，熟悉汽车饰件工艺生产知识
Master OEM project development process, familiar with the knowledge of automotive trim product structure, familiar with related knowledge about mold, gauge, equipment, familiar with the production process of automotive trim knowledge
4、熟练运用CATIA等绘图软件和办公软件
Good at CATIA software and Office
5、具备良好的英语沟通能力
With good communication skills in English
6、良好的沟通、组织协调能力，良好的团队合作能力；一定的成本控制技能
Good at communication, with cabality in organization and coordination, good at team work; certain skills at cost control.
