1、组建项目团队，确定项目成员考核规则、考核目标，并对项目成员进行考核；并做好团队建设和培训

2、接收来自商务或项目监控的项目报价资料，组织识别和输出，用于项目报价和客户汇报资料

3、组织进行项目可行性分析和评审
Organize project feasibility analysis and review
4、主持编制项目计划，确定项目目标，签发项目计划、项目需求和项目文件；项目管理系统中建立项目，发布项目任务，完成系统任务签批，监督项目成员完成系统任务
Lead the preparation of project plan, determine project objectives, issue project plan, project requirements and project documents; establish project in the project management system, release project tasks, complete system task approval, and supervise project members to complete system tasks
5、在项目前期做好项目资源分析和规划，在项目进行中对资源进行动态管理和协调
Do a good job of project resource analysis and planning in the early stage of the project, and carry out dynamic management and coordination of resources during the project
6、参与供应商的选定
Participate in the selection of suppliers
7、签发开模/移模指令单，发布开模/移模指令（模具、检具、工装设备等）
Sign and issue mold opening/moving instruction sheet, release mold opening/moving instructions (molds, fixtures, assembly equipments and etc.).
8、识别项目各阶段风险并做初步决策或者事态升级时进行上报
Identify the risk of each phase of the project and make a preliminary decision or escalate the situation to be reported.
9、组织项目会议和阶段性评审会议，项目总结及经验教训总结
Organize project meetings and phase review meetings, summarize project and lessons learned summary.
10、与客户保持密切沟通，随时获取客户要求或将项目问题反馈至客户从而获得客户的支持和帮助
Keep close communication with customers, obtain customer requirements at any time or feedback project issues to customers to get support from customers.
11、代表项目团队接受内部和外部审核，对问题项进行整改和修缮；
Accept internal and external audit on behalf of the project team, carry out rectification and repair of problems.
12、进行项目成本控制，合理支配项目计划内的开支，其它额外支出需由项目经理申报总经理批准
Carry out project cost control, reasonably manage the expenses within the project plan, and other additional expenses shall be reported by the project manager to the general manager for approval
任职资格：
1、大学本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械、模具、高分子材料等相关专业
Bachelor degree or above. Vehicle engineering, machinery, mold, polymer materials and other related majors.
2、3 - 5年汽车行业工作经验，2年以上项目管理经验，至少管理过一个完整开发项目
3 - 5 years of working experience in the automotive industry, more than 2 years of project management experience, at least has managed a full developed project.
3、掌握OEM项目开发流程，熟悉汽车饰件产品结构知识，熟悉模具、检具、设备相关知识，熟悉汽车饰件工艺生产知识，能够运用质量管理5大工具
Master the project development process of OEM, be familiar with automotive trim product structure knowledge, be familiar with tooling, checking fixture and equipment related knowledge, be familiar with automotive trim parts production process knowledge and can use 5 tools of quality management.
4、具备良好的英语读、写、听、说的能力
Have good command of English in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
5、良好的沟通、组织协调能力，良好的团队合作能力；一定的成本控制技能，一定的领导力
Have good communication, organization and coordination ability, good team cooperation ability; certain cost control skills, certain leadership ability.
