Job Purpose

To enhance the department’s technical responsiveness and improve risk control. This role provides full-cycle technical support for international transformer projects—from pre-sales to bidding, contract execution, and after-sales technical resolution—strengthening the company’s global competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market and Product Support

· Research industry trends, customer needs, and new product opportunities

· Propose new product ideas and support technical negotiations for international contracts

2. Pre-Sales and Bidding Support

· Analyze and clarify project technical requirements

· Draft and review technical proposals and bidding documents

· Assist regional managers in prequalification and factory audits

· Provide full product-line technical support during tendering

3. Execution and Contract Fulfillment

· Review design drawings and technical documentation for quality and accuracy

· Interpret technical terms in contracts and identify risks or gaps

· Support project managers in resolving after-sales technical issues

· Gather competitor intelligence and conduct technical benchmarking

· Participate in drawing review and design optimization

4. Technical Training and Communication

· Provide technical training to internal staff and respond to consultations

· Attend international exhibitions and technical forums

· Coordinate internal technical resources to support international marketing

Qualifications

Education

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field

· Professional engineering certification preferred

Experience

· At least 2 years in transformer design, production, testing, or technical support

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in transformer production processes and quality standards

· Familiar with international bidding processes and design reviews

· Skilled in Office software and engineering design tools

· Strong technical writing and communication skills

· Good English proficiency for technical exchanges
