Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in transformer installation, commissioning, or after-sales service

Job Purpose

To ensure high-quality installation, commissioning, and fault resolution of transformer products at customer sites, supporting timely delivery and improving client satisfaction. Also responsible for documentation, technical support, and feedback collection to enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Site Execution

· Guide or assist in transformer installation, testing, diagnostics, and commissioning

· Handle on-site issues and ensure successful first energization

· Collect and report quality issues, assist in rectification

· Support repair work, part replacements, and closure of service requests

2. Technical Support and Documentation

· Prepare installation, testing, and service reports

· Review and improve submission documents and site records

3. Client Communication and Training

· Address technical queries during site operations

· Provide basic operational training and guidance to clients

· Support client acceptance and build strong working relationships

4. Product Feedback and Optimization

· Summarize on-site experiences and lessons learned

· Propose technical improvements based on field observations

Qualifications

Education

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related technical field

· Engineering license or certification preferred

Experience

· Minimum 2 years in power equipment installation or after-sales service (international project experience preferred)

Skills

· Knowledge of high-voltage transformer installation and testing

· Able to independently resolve technical issues and write reports

· Proficient in MS Office

· Basic English for reading technical documents
