Job Description:
1. Develop quality management documentation (quality manual, procedure documents, related documents) in accordance with quality system requirements (GJB, AS9100). Revise and enhance the quality manual based on issues identified during system operation to improve its operational feasibility and implementation rate.
2. Manage the distribution, modification, storage, retirement, destruction, borrowing, and organization of quality documents.
3. Plan and execute internal audits of the quality management system.
4. Prepare for external audits (customer, third-party) and inspections, and manage corrective actions.
5. Prepare for the implementation of quality management system reviews.
6. Handle and report major quality incidents.
7. Continuously monitor and inspect the operation of the quality system, promptly issuing supervision notices to departments failing to implement system documents adequately.
8. Manage the processing, transmission, and retention of internal quality information.
9. Manage the processing, transmission, and retention of external quality information (from customers, regulatory authorities, and suppliers).
10. Collaborate with HR to conduct company-wide quality training.
11. Compile and analyze branch quality metrics, convene branch quality meetings, and report quarterly branch quality performance.
12. Complete all tasks assigned by leadership with guaranteed quality and timeliness.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or higher in mechanical engineering, English, or related field; minimum three years of quality management experience in aerospace or mechanical industries; proficiency in quality management principles.
2. Fluent English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing) to conduct international business and technical discussions as a working language; ability to draft English business documents.
3. Familiarity with quality standards such as GJB and AS9100, as well as national quality regulations. Experience with NADCAP certification is preferred.
4. Possession of internal auditor qualifications for quality systems including ISO9000, AS9100, or GJB.
