Job Purpose：

1. To work alongside a Lead Class Teacher to support the delivery of quality Teaching and Learning

2. To help raise standards of achievement for all pupils

3. To undertake work, care, and support programmes that enable pupils to access the curriculum.

4. To assist the Lead Class Teacher in the Behaviour management and teaching of pupils.

Essential Requirements:

1. Understanding of how young children develop and learn

2. Understanding of play-based learning

3. High Level of spoken and written English

4. Ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children.

5. Effective communication and engagement with children and their families.

6. College or above degree
