Responsibilities：
1. Implement Group’s PMP requirement to the commercial line (Casualty, Liability, Marine, Construction & Property...)
2. Profitability review/data analysis/pricing framework of different product lines.
3. Help to assess IBNR/risk modeling，reinsurance structure analysis, reserving analysis for all commercial product lines.
4. Help to develop UW tools improve the pricing capability and efficiency.
5. Support on product’s development, pricing, modeling and report.
6. Assist in the business strategic analysis, verification and distribution of financial, CAT, reinsurance, management reports and etc.
7. Other tasks assigned by the department head or the company.
Requirements:
1. With preference given to backgrounds in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, IT, etc.
2. At least 3 years of work experience in the insurance industry (not limited to actuarial-related roles).
3. Passed or exempted from parts of the North American, UK, or Chinese actuarial qualification examinations.
4. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; strong communication ability and teamwork aptitude.
5. Proficient in Excel (VBA); familiar with Python and SQL.
6. Ability to work under pressure and adapt flexibly to environmental changes and stress.
