Key Responsibility:
1. Work on monthly expense accrual and prepare accrual balance reconciliations
2. Prepare multiple monthly expense tracking reports, and analyze deviations
3. Prepare monthly company and BU level performance report
4. Prepare monthly branch cost analysis report
5. Assist with regular strategic budgeting and forecasting
6. Check and approve OA on a daily basis, and make sure all the expense applications are within the budget and reasonable
7. Ad hoc requests
Recruitment Requirements:
1. Strong accounting knowledge, P&C experience is a plus
2. Proficient in Excel and PPT, experience in Oracle is a plus
3. Excellent logical thinking and attention to details
4. Good communication skills
5. Good English writing and spoken skills
6. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
