岗位职责：

Implement and manage maintenance aspects of site SHE and daily Maintenance work

执行并管理现场SHE及日常维修工作

Set up and update the documentation for all equipment and facility in site and ensure the work safely and effectively

建立及更新现场设备及设施的档案，确保其安全有效

Set up and update equipment facility preventive maintenance and daily maintenance plan

制定并更新设备设施预防性维修及日常维修计划

Draw up proper stock plan of spare parts and make good type selection for all mechanical equipment

制定合适的备品备件相关库存方案，为所有的机械设备合理选型

Analyze the figures and failures, make action plans, and organize to carry out maintenance and modification for all equipment facility

数据分析，故障分析，制定行动方案，并组织实施设备设施维修及技改方案

Adequately isolate equipment in order to make safe before commencing each job

开始每项工作前要充分隔离设备以确保安全

Carry out repairs in timely safe and orderly manner strictly adhering to permit to work procedure

严格按照工作许可程序，及时、安全、有序地进行维修工作，

Analyze plant equipment facility criticality and perform root cause analysis

分析厂区设备设施临界状态，实施根本原因分析。

Take daily inspections and assist to eliminate all electrical malfunctions happened in the site

进行日检，协助消除所有现场发生的电器故障

Capable to deal with all unexpected malfunctions related to mechanical equipment in the site at any time

无论何时都有能力处理有关机械设备的意外故障

Propose and implement small improvements in relevant area

建议并实施责任相关领域的小型技改

Set up KPI for his responsible area as well as the assessments

责任范围内KPI设定及考核

任职要求：

Bachelor or above, candidates with major in Chemical Mechanical or related, or with knowledge of chemical machinery are preferred

本科及以上，化工机械及相关专业，或有化工机械知识者优先考虑

More than 5 years’ related experience in chemical industry

至少5年的化工行业相关经验

Moderate English Level基本的英语沟通
