You will be part of the Asia R&D Department. Under the responsibility of the Asia R&D Director, you will be in charge of new products development and maintaining product qualification and certification. Your main missions will include:
• Technical Requirements Formulation:
o Analyze the requirements expressed by product managers or internal clients through the MVP (minimum viable product) and translate them into architectural requirements.
o Assign requirements to relevant departments to refine specifications. o Analyze external client specifications and create compliance matrices.
• Compliance Demonstration:
o Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the development process.
o Supervise the evaluation and validation of the product system.
o Coordinate the creation of documentation to demonstrate compliance with requirements, including technical justifications, DFMEA, validation reports, conformity to directives, norms, and client specifications.
o Validate technical justifications for products and participate in departmental reviews during development. Personally handle a significant portion of justifications, particularly those related to complete systems
• Other Missions:
o Manage primary certifications and liaise with certification bodies.
o Participate in the analysis of system non-conformities and customer complaints and contribute to finding solutions.

• Engineering degree in General Engineering, Mechanics, Mechatronics, or Electronics.
• Significant experience in mechatronics system specification and validation.
• Proficient in PDM tools; PLM proficiency is a plus.
• Proficient in the V-cycle and relevant frameworks (Nuclear, Aeronautics, Automotive).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical, synthesis, and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus. Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
• Coordinator, proactive, dynamic, rigorous, and demanding.
