职位描述

1. Sales Target Achievement

- Achieve SP sales targets and continuously explore new fields and industry applications to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of SP business.

2. Distributor Management

- Manage and maintain existing distributors, providing them with technical and business support.

- Assist distributors in visiting end customers to resolve technical and application issues, helping them secure more orders and clients.

3. Market Exploration

- Visit existing and potential end customers and markets to identify new opportunities.

- Empower existing distributors or develop new ones to cover new markets and opportunities.

4. New Distributor Development

- Develop and introduce new distributors to meet business growth requirements without affecting existing distributors and business.

5. Market Activities

- Lead distributors in market activities to promote Sefar products and processes.

- Enhance Sefar's market visibility and promote the value proposition of Sefar products.

6. Global Collaboration

- Maintain close communication and collaboration with global SP business industry colleagues to ensure the execution of the global SP strategy in the GC region.
