职位描述
Involve to make company growth strategy, breakdown to business development plan aiming to obtain the new business from target market to achieve company target of sustainable growth; 参与制定,并贯彻执行公司的市场发展战略,并以此为指导,分解执行公司的业务发展计划,获取新业务,保证企业长期发展目标的实现;
Coordinate the interests btw company and external customers, maintain the healthgy relationship with customers, effectively collect customer feedback regarding company product, service, quality and so on, and inform company for right action in order to improve customer satisfaction; 合理协调企业和客户的利益关系,维护良好的客户关系,收集客户对公司产品、服务、质量等方面的意见并反馈给公司内部,以做出合理的反应提升客户的满意度;
Coach and develop the sales team, systematically obtain the business opportunitiese based on defined business target;
培养和管理销售团队,根据设定的目标有计划、有系统地识别并获取新业务机会;
Organize the company resource for quoting correct and on time, based on customer request, till the target achievment and win the new business order finally;
根据客户需求,组织公司内部资源为有效而及时的报价协力工作,直至取得新业务订单,达成销售目标;
Take the responsibility for quotation, contract negotiation and related customer specific requirement, identify and kick-off the process of review in order to transfer the CSR into company and reach agreement with customer by negotiation;
对商务报价、合同和客户特殊特性要求负责,识别并发起评审流程,将客户特殊特性要求传递至公司并通过商议和客户达成一致;
Follow contract implementation in actual and keep necessary relationship with customer to reach target of payment returnable on time;
对合同落实情况负责,保持和客户的联系,确保货款的及时回笼;
Identification of environmental factors that influence or affect the environment, and identify factors that may have a significant impact on the environment (i.e., an important environmental factor) ;识别本部门能够控制或能够施加影响的环境因素,并确定对环境具有、或可能具有重大影响的因素(即重要环境因素);
Determine the environmental objectives of the Department and confirm the situation.确定本部门年度环境目标并确认达成情况。
