Job Responsibilities
● Legal Strategy & Advisory: Leads regional legal initiatives and provides strategic counsel to senior leadership on complex legal matters.
● Compliance & Project Oversight: Ensures legal compliance across operations and manages high-impact projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and expansions.
● Team & Vendor Management: Manages a group of legal professionals in China Legal Department. Supervises external legal vendors to ensure quality and alignment with company standards.
● Stakeholder Engagement: Represents the company in interactions with government agencies, industry bodies, and employee groups, while maintaining strong internal collaboration.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirement
● Education: Law degree
● Twelve (12) years of legal experience; inclusive of four (4) years experience in pertinent area of law
● Certification/Permit: Admitted as Attorney
● Language: Proficiency in English
