• Lead, execute deployment through sales channels the strategic plan for the business area in the region through the implementation of regional plans of action for our foundational campaigns & growth initiatives that includes content, training & sales tools
• Establishment of Key Opinion Leader relationships, regulatory bodies that support market & product development initiatives
• Using metrics to monitor leads, pipelines and sales performance for the product portfolio on a regional and territory level
• Promote and sell the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range or key account to achieve sales and revenue target
• Assess and analyze customer needs, respond to customer enquiries and suggest products and services as appropriate
• Work closely with cross functional team to create higher market perception and successful strategies to gain business from an account
• Coordinate and participate in marketing activities in assigned territory
• Frequently assess the potential of each customer and plan to realize it into business
• Manage and build strong customer relationships for long term partnership
Qualifications and skills
• Bachelor degree or with relevant experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, hard working
• Fluent oral and written communication in English
• Strong global networking skills being able to quickly build up relationships & align with stakeholders and internal knowledge owners
• Strong communication skills across all levels including senior and executive management
• Collaborative mindset to work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
• Leadership and initiative to drive business objectives
• Exceptional presentation skills — verbal and written
• High aptitude for extracting & the analysis of data to extract meaningful insights
