Responsibilities:
Analysis of the market & competition.
Business development to solve customers’ problems and add value to their processes with Tofflon OSD equipment and solutions.
Liaison with technical team to facilitate discussions and transfer of technical proposals.
Consultative sales process with equipment demonstrations & product trials.
In charge of the sales and marketing development OSD domain in for the Russian, Middle East and Southeast Asian markets;
Cooperate with the Tofflon OSD solution support team, accurately tap customers’ needs (URS), use various sales strategies / skills to achieve sales targets.
Clients or overseas regional agents visiting, maintain customer relationships and develop new potential customers;
Responsible for pre-customer needs investigation, to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of information from customers need organize all kind of communication via telephone or email ;
In charge of the overall sales procedure management , such as the completion of project bidding, business negotiation, making quotation, contract execution, goods distribution, recovery of payment and other relative things;
Participate in related exhibitions, collect market information, to implement the sales and marketing strategy.
Requirements:
More than 5 years of B2B sales, business development experience in Pharmaceutical equipment domain is required;
Strong negotiation skills and ability to generate pricing based on business value analysis;
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close。
