【RESPONSIBILITIES】职责:
一、Leadership Development Strategy & Incentive Program Management 领导力发展策略与激励计划管理:
1. Design, implement, and review end-to-end leadership development and incentive programs to motivate Leadership Development and drive title achievements. 设计、实施并评估端到端的领导力发展与激励计划,以激发领导力发展并推动职级晋升成果。
2. Monitor and optimize the success plan, conducting thorough analysis of its effectiveness and ROI. 监控并优化成功计划,对其效果及投资回报率进行深入分析。
3. Perform competitive intelligence analysis on compensation plans and leadership programs to ensure our offerings remain best-in-class. 对薪酬计划和领导力项目进行竞争情报分析,确保我们的方案保持行业领先水平。
二、Business Performance Analysis & Reporting 业务表现分析与报告:
1. Develop and deliver regular business performance reports, including key metrics dashboards and analyses for monthly business review meetings. 制定并提交定期业务表现报告,包括月度业务复盘会议所需的关键指标仪表盘及分析报告。
2. Provide data-driven insights on Leadership Development performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 提供领导力发展表现的数据洞察,识别趋势、机遇及改进领域。
3. Design and maintain tracking reports for all incentive programs to monitor participation and effectiveness. 设计并维护所有激励计划的跟踪报告,以监测参与度和有效性。
三、Strategic Business Partnership 战略业务合伙人:
1. Serve as a key advisor to senior management by providing robust business analysis to support critical decision-making. 通过提供稳健的业务分析来支持关键决策,为高级管理层提供专业意见。
2. Contribute expert insights to cross-functional projects focused on Leadership Development, such as new distributor welcome programs and referral initiatives. 为专注于领导力发展的跨职能项目提供专家见解,如新的分销商欢迎计划和推荐计划。

【QUALIFICATIONS】要求:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. 拥有商业、经济、金融、数据分析或相关领域的学士学位。
2. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, or strategy, with a strong preference for background in network marketing (MLM) or direct sales. 5年以上商业分析、销售运营或战略经验,有网络营销(MLM)或直销背景者优先。
