RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Video editing
- Localize global video for China market, including but not limited with subtitle, re-editing to meet local market needs, etc.
- Local video editing - support other departments to help edit videos based on individual needs.
2. Video creation
- Supervising agency’s monthly video creation: re-edit the video into cuts based on product profile.
- Simple video creation – help to film and edit simple product/ soft educational social video for ORIFLAME social accounts; lead some simple internal video shooting.
3. Others
- Based on video to create Gif or other form of social content when needed.
- Support associate digital design manager to monitor and push agency’s execution when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS：
1. Bachlor degree with at least 2 years working experience in editing related role.
2. Fully master editing software such as剪映, FINALCUT, PR or AE. Capable to use AI or PS is a plus. Being able to shoot videos is a plus.
3. Prefer candidate who is familiar with social media trend and tonality; experience in creating brand side video content for Douyin is a plus.
4. Team player with creativity and good execution skills.
5. Good sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork ability.
