Tasks:
- General tasks
Responsible for parts orders to all customers from lead until parts delivery and invoicing;
Continuously improve the supply chain process for services while coordinating with all stake holders to create a better customer experience, cost saving or time optimization;
Be the knowledge holder for Supply Chain Services within HCN, ensuring standards and procedures are followed and/or adjusted according to the local requirements;
Work in both FHAdmin and ISAH for related order for service.
- Quotation
Determine the specification of parts in close cooperation with subject matter experts;
Determine cost and lead time for requested parts (system, historical, or seek quotations from suppliers);
Recommend sales prices based on sales pricing policy;
Prepare quotation and offer to client.
- Order execution
Budget responsible for parts orders;
Determine buying location and delegate to local buyers or issue ICPO;
Monitor parts delivery progress;
Coordinate shipping and customs clearance process;
Raise invoice request to Finance for creation of invoice to client.
- Others
Grow and develop local supplier network for service;
Perform other tasks assigned by Service team.
Responsibilities:
Ensures that SC deliverables are delivered timely, within budget to the specifications as required by the project & company policies, so as to achieve the job & project objectives.
